Anthropologie has always kind of overwhelmed me with their bohemian pieces, patterned loungewear and odd decor. I'm always trying to mix up my wardrobe, so owning a variety of brands and styles is important. Sometimes I like to pretend I’m a stylist, shopping for an upcoming shoot, so that I can look with a new perspective. This is exactly what I did yesterday at Anthropologie. After avoiding the crochet-blanket dresses and peter pan collars, I realized that they have some really cute, high quality basics. Anthro's beautiful range of everyday shirts from several brands including one of my favorites, Bordeaux, proves one of my favorite fashion fundamentals. You can never have enough basics. If the “laid-back” earthy vibe is not your thing, you can always find jewelry, unique patterned tights and simple everyday pieces at this store.

My Little Paris: Holiday Season

Paris during the holiday season is absolutely dreamy. I love walking around wrapped up in a winter coat admiring the lights and all the colorful store windows. I'm currently writing this post on-the-go as I'm walking my dog in Jardin De Luxembourg. This photo was taken near there while I was wearing my favorite Zara sweater.  Paris is truly feeling the spirit this year, decorating with enormous Christmas trees and festive decorations in all the cafés. Something about this time of year is incredibly magical. I love wrapping up in my pink gloves, a chunky scarf and my favorite earmuffs for the perfect "too cold, too cute" look.

Fashion Report: The New It-Bag

According to WhoWhatWear, my source for everything fashion, Céline's head accessories director has "haute coutured" and become Mulberry's new creative director. How major! Coca is the definition of a successful, powerful woman. Thanks to her, tumblr and instagram have been photographing the famously "street style chic" Céline for awhile now. Will Mulberry become the new Céline? I can't wait to find out!
