MyLittleParis: Le Bichat

Today my love for plant-based, organic cuisine led me to Le Bichat. The vibrant, yet earthy decor creates a welcoming and cozy ambience similar to what you would find in Santa Monica, Los Angeles.  The cuisine is 100% bio and 100% fait maison (homemade). With fresh produce on display and the open kitchen set-up, this resturant has earned it's "boho chic" reputation.

As for the food... delicious! Le Bichat specializes in rice bowls accompanied by vegetables and a choice of protein. I chose the "vegan" bowl and loved it! I would totally recommend visiting for a satisfying bite.

RIP: Marc by Marc Jacobs

Marc by Marc Jacobs is no more! Say au revoir to the innovative phone cases and simple satchels. Luckily, CEO S. Suhl confirmed that Marc Jacobs will still have items at contemporary price points which is good news for the fashion girl on a budget! I'm definitely sad to see the little sister line lose its spotlight but as we know, the only thing harder than making it in the fashion industry, is staying in.

Mix & Match

11am: coffee in one hand, Vogue in the other. Mondays always call for a little extra sparkle which is why I spent the morning browsing through the April issues and cutting out images that caught my eye! I love creating fashion forecast booklets for my friends. You can create with colors, patterns or even layouts that you think tell a story. No rules! No restrictions! Hope you all have an amazing week.

Journée Du Macaron

March 20th is the second most important moment of the year... after my birthday, VFNO, the day Karlie Kloss became an angel and the anniversary of Gossip Girl. Without even knowing what March 20th was all about, my friend and I decided to go on a crazy macaron spree in Paris. We stopped at Yamasaki (essentially unknown café) for the basics, Pierre Hermé for dazzle and ended at Carette for classics.  Here are the things we learned.

1. Macarons will make you laugh.
2. You will be totally OK not wearing your skinny jeans for a while after you taste the vanille.
2. Pierre Hermé is equally as creative as Marc Jacobs.
3. When choosing between framboise and chocolate... you always choose both!

Spotted @ Jardin De Luxembourg

I want my website to share a positive message that inspires readers to follow your dreams and do what you love. Today's update is inspired by the creativity and flair I feel on Sunday mornings. It's all about the happiness I find from a simple schedule of yoga, lunch at Bob's Juice Bar and reading fashion magazines. Sundays make me want to dress up, explore Paris and meet a cute boy!
