Bonjour! What are you up to this weekend? As much as I love the city, I love to travel to the Hamptons or the suburbs of Connecticut on weekends. Sometimes, you just need a suburban detox... especially when you live in a college dorm. I started my morning with a road trip to Hopscotch Salon and smoothies at Green & Tonic.

S•MONDAY: the moment when Sunday stops feeling like a Sunday and the anxiety of Monday kicks in. I am totally feeling the #smondayvibes and it is not chic. No, I am not catching up on my TV shows. No, I am not headed to the movies with popcorn tucked in my bag. No, I am not reading Vogue or Marie Claire or Porter. Yes, I am trying to write my art history paper.

My horoscope told me to take a look at my agenda and not to underestimate my workload. "Deal with it all now, and you'll be free to enjoy yourself later". Dear horoscope: I'm trying!

Anyways, I just wanted to write a little "hi" and wish you all a productive, glamorous and zen week.

I'm so lucky to have Davis Browne filming my videos. He's the creative director of several upcoming videos on my youtube channel! I met him at Fordham University where I go to school. He's a film major and also my friend :) Today, my internship at cambio.com sent me to the Hollister showroom to preview the Spring '16 collection. I asked him to come so we could create a video... and of course because I enjoy his company.

A La Mode: Feeling Gray

Wearing a new piece from Urban Outfitters! I ordered the dress online because while I like some of their brands, I don't normally have luck in their stores. The U.O. girl is sophisticated, trendy, and cool. I really love wearing rompers and dresses because they make my style effortless and polished. My wardrobe is full of these two staples in an array of colors, textures and patterns... although most are simply black!

BALMAIN NATION

BALMAINmania! Running out of my apartment building, standing in line for three hours, sprinting around the store grabbing anything and everything... that was my morning. On the industry's most fashionable day, I'm in sneakers, no makeup and hair tied back for maximum shopping capability.

When I arrived at 8:15, the line was around the block! H&M divided the queue into different sections and gave each group 20 mins to shop. Luckily I had a glam plan as all fashionistas would. I wanted to grab a few basic Balmain t-shirts for memory, the velour scarf and a wallet for my best friend. Did I mention I actually succeeded? Both in buying everything I wanted and making it out alive!

Today's Thoughts: Along with my style evolution in New York, my life has been on a journey too. I'm currently at a cross roads between staying in the college dorm and moving into an apartment. There are things I love about living in a dorm but also things that really make me want my own home. I like to have my own space to create content for my blog, my youtube channel and my internships. At the same time, I love seeing my friends on the daily. Any advice for moi?
